Beacon Adelaide has released its FY25 Impact report – capturing a year of renewed purpose, progress and people.
FY25 was a big one for Beacon Adelaide. It had an ambitious plan to start transitioning from a supported employment workplace to a jobs-focused social enterprise, all the while keeping its 176 customers happy.
With the support of Bedford Group (its owner) and White Box Enterprises (experts in building and running social enterprises), the team has notched up a lot to be proud of.
Change can be challenging – but when approached with a whole lot of care and consideration, it’s also incredibly rewarding. The report reflects this, particularly through the stories of Jim, Dale and Mariette. These individuals are just three of many who are now being seen and supported to grow their skills and explore their potential at a pace that best suits them.
